The winemaking process includes gentle pressing, low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and aging for about six months on fine lees. The result is a wine with a brilliant straw-yellow color with golden highlights, intense aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, and white flowers, complemented by vanilla and sweet spice notes. On the palate, it is fresh, lively, with pleasant acidity and a harmonious structure.
Ideal pairing with fish, shellfish, white meats, and aged cheeses.
