Description and characteristics

Brilliant straw yellow colour, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet expresses delicate floral aromas, aromas of citrus fruits, white pulp fruit, honeyed nuances, candied citrus zest. On the palate it is savory and fragrant, with a creamy and harmonious sip, which extends towards a finish of beautiful tasting persistence. A zero dosage for true connoisseurs.
