Description and characteristics

Pale straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose reveals an intense and elegant bouquet of citrus, tropical fruit, white flowers, mountain herbs, and honey. On the palate, it is rich, layered, and well-balanced, with fresh salinity, enveloping softness, and a very persistent finish. Naturally fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 18 months on lees in stainless steel, unfiltered and unfined
