A powerful and deep Barolo from the Ginestra Pajana cru in Monforte d’Alba. The 2011 vintage, warm and generous, produced a rich, structured wine that is already enjoyable but has excellent aging potential.

Description and characteristics

The nose reveals intense notes of blackberry, blueberry, tobacco, leather, spices, and grilled rosemary. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with firm yet well-integrated tannins, and a long, savory, spicy finish. Vinified in stainless steel and aged in barriques for about 16–18 months, this wine combines power and finesse, with great aromatic expression.
