Description and characteristics

The nose reveals kirsch, rose petals, new leather, menthol, and sweet spices 1. The aromatic profile is exotic and ripe, yet retains freshness. On the palate, it shows ripe red fruit, balsamic notes, licorice, and truffle, with silky tannins and elegant structure. The wine is spontaneously fermented, macerated for 30–40 days, and aged in large oak barrels for up to 4 years
