An artisanal and authentic Barolo, produced in limited quantities by Giovanni Canonica, one of the most respected winemakers in the Langhe. The Nebbiolo grapes come from old vines in Grinzane Cavour, grown without chemicals, using traditional vinification and aging in large oak barrels.

Description and characteristics

Tasting notes: Ruby red with garnet reflections. The nose reveals ripe red fruit, dried flowers, white truffle, forest floor, sweet and balsamic spices. On the palate, it is elegant, deep, and harmonious, with silky, well-integrated tannins, fresh acidity, and a long, mineral finish. A wine that blends rusticity and grace, ideal for aging.
