A rare and artisanal Barolo, produced in extremely limited quantities by Giovanni Canonica, one of the most authentic and respected winemakers in the Langhe. The Nebbiolo grapes come from old vines in Grinzane Cavour, with a high percentage of the “Rosé” clone, known for its finesse and fragrance. Traditional vinification, no chemical intervention in the vineyard—only copper and sulfur.
Tasting notes: Deep garnet red color. The nose reveals wilted rose, red cherry, black tea, damp earth, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is elegant, fresh, and deep, with silky tannins and fine structure. The finish is long, mineral, and harmonious. A Barolo that blends rusticity and grace, ideal for lovers of traditional style.
