Isole e Olena - Cabernet Sauvignon Collezione Privata 2017 is a red wine of great elegance and intensity, crafted in the heart of Tuscany. Made from carefully selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown at 350–400 meters altitude, it represents one of the finest expressions of the variety in Italy.

Description and characteristics

Aged for 24 months in barriques (40% new), it shows a deep ruby red color and a complex bouquet of blackcurrant, cherry, mint, fresh tobacco, coffee, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is structured, fresh, with polished tannins and excellent aging potential. Ideal pairing with red meats, roasts, game dishes, and aged cheeses.
