Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, followed by a long aging period of 36 months in oak barrels and 12 months in bottle. The wine shows a deep ruby color and a complex bouquet of ripe cherry, oriental spices, floral notes, and earthy undertones.
On the palate, it is elegant and profound, with well-integrated tannins and a long, savory finish. A meditative wine, ideal to pair with red meats, game, and aged cheeses.
