We are in Castiglione Falletto, in the heart of Barolo, a family that has been cultivating the vineyards of the Bricco Boschis hill since 1928. A family history that has refined over time.

In 1946, just after the war, we were among the first growers in the area to vinify our grapes on their own. We strongly believed in it despite the enormous difficulties of those times. And so in 1948 our father Olivio put the first Barolo Cavallotto label on a bottle. She too is a family creature. Today we are, Laura, Giuseppe and Alfio, the fourth generation of Cavallotto born and raised in Bricco Boschis. We vinify only our grapes, from which we obtain DOC and DOCG wines: Barolo, Dolcetto d’Alba, Barbera d’Alba, Langhe Nebbiolo, Langhe Freisa, Langhe "Grign" from Grignolino, Langhe Chardonnay and Pinner from Pinot Nero grapes.
