Marie Noëlle Ledru, a "winemaker" as she herself likes to be considered, has managed to endure years of continuous changes, both stylistic and on the market, with the absolute value of her Champagnes, always with a strong and consistent identity. His estates are located in the heart of Pinot Noir: the Grand Cru village of Ambonnay and in Bouzy, south of the Montagne de Reims.

Marie Noëlle inherited the property from her parents in 1984, adopting a practically organic philosophy, avoiding the use of insecticides and herbicides. In case of necessary treatments, use only environmentally friendly solutions. Until recently his estate consisted of about 6 hectares, unfortunately some family disputes have brought his vineyard to its current size of 1.7 hectares of vineyards with Pinot Noir (1.4ha) and Chardonnay (0.3ha) varieties. In its cuvèe we do not find the use of wood, but only steel with the use of natural yeasts and this is surprising since the wines of Marie Noëlle Ledru have such a power and structure as to expect a completely different vinification. Malolactic fermentation is applied, which Marie herself considers a completely safe and natural procedure. The wines rest on their lees for about 3 years in the "brut sans année" and 5 in the "vintage" versions.
