Description and characteristics

On the nose there are hints of strawberry, rose and a hint of black pepper. This rosé shows a nice medium body, with light acidity and fine tannins. Small pungent bubbles add a sense of freshness. Strawberry and chilli spices. The balance in this is exquisite.
