It refines in oak barrels for at least 23 months and expresses a sinuous and enveloping sensoriality, with a rich and material sip, with aromatic references of cassis, wild strawberries, liquorice roots, gentian and oriental spices, prolonging a persistent, fresh and mineral finish .
